Homemade charcoal activated toothpaste for teeth whitening

Most of us start our day by brushing our teeth. But are you sure that the toothpaste you are using is safe? You may be shocked to learn that most store-bought toothpaste contains a number of harmful ingredients and can cause more harm than good to your teeth and overall health.
Some of the toxic ingredients used in commercial toothpaste are triclosan, sodium lauryl sulfate, propylene glycol, microbeads, and diethanolamine, to name a few. Also, commercial toothpaste is flavored with artificial sweeteners like aspartame.
So, how do you keep your teeth clean if the commercial toothpaste you bought is not safe?
you can make your own natural whitening toothpaste with just three ingredients - activated charcoal, baking soda and coconut oil. Indians are using charcoal to clean teeth for thousands of years, and it does wonders.
though it temporarily makes the mouth look extremely black (Fair warning: when you open your mouth, it is completely black and rather scary looking! Right after I did this the first time I was intensely worried that it would stain my teeth.)To my surprise, all of the black washes away and it makes your teeth feel extremely clean and smooth. After a few uses, my teeth were noticeably whiter too.
Activated charcoal helps whiten your teeth by reducing stains and plaque on your teeths. In fact, the microporous charcoal works by binding to compounds that stain teeth, including coffee and red wine. Also, it improves the pH balance in your mouth and helps fight bad breath.
Another ingredient in this homemade toothpaste is coconut oilwhich is extremely beneficial for your oral health. It helps maintain good oral and dental hygiene and plays a key role in preventing bad breath, tooth decay, cavitiesand gingivitis. It also reduces tooth sensitivity.
the last ingredient is  Baking soda has natural whitening properties, which is why it's a popular ingredient in commercial toothpaste. It's a mild abrasive that can help scrub away surface stains on teeth. Additionally, baking soda creates an alkaline environment in your mouth, which prevents bacteria from growing

  1. I was diagnosed as HEPATITIS B carrier in 2013 with fibrosis of the
liver already present. I started on antiviral medications which
reduced the viral load initially. After a couple of years the virus
became resistant. I started on HEPATITIS B Herbal treatment from
ULTIMATE LIFE CLINIC (www.ultimatelifeclinic.com) in March, 2020. Their
treatment totally reversed the virus. I did another blood test after
the 6 months long treatment and tested negative to the virus. Amazing
treatment! This treatment is a breakthrough for all HBV carriers.
